Beautiful post with the mysteries of life defined simply in one post. It has taken me a lifetime to learn these truths, yet, I am forever grateful for the lessons that have brought me to this day. The clarion call has been ringing and it is time for me to answer. It is time for me to step into my power. Read this post to hear your heart…
Each day we all have the choice of how we approach our day, our lives, and our future. As the saying goes, you can wake up on the right side or the wrong side of the bed. It all starts with our perception of what we are looking at in any given moment. Our perception is in fact our reality. Therefore, two different people can look at the same situation and give completely different facts about the situation based on how that situation played out through their own perception filter or lens. We all view life through our own unique personal lens filter. This personal perception is ingrained in our human bodies. However, like the other parts of our bodies it is a dynamic aspect meaning it changes as we change. As we learn and grow, so too does our perception about things.
There is much talk right now about these times being a choice point for our planet. Do we evolve and ascend in consciousness or not? Do we live in the light or the dark? Do we fight for the truth or accept the status quo? Do we protect mother earth or exploit her resources? Do we value all life, or do we select which lives have more value than others? Do we stand in our power or do we bow in complacency? Do we love each other enough to allow and forgive or do we turn away in fear and revenge? Most importantly, are we going to birth a new earth, a dawn of peace, the foretold golden age?
It is up to each of us to decide for ourselves what we choose and what role we are willing to play. We can each see things differently – that is okay. We are unique divine beings. It is that divine uniqueness that also makes the divine collective. Consequently, each in our own way will perceive what to change and what to choose. I guess the ultimate question then becomes does that choice create more positive energy for the collective or more negative energy for the collective. For it is my belief that only a choice which contributes positively can “do no harm” to the collective.
Where our attention goes, our energy follows. Are we focused on the light or on the dark? Are we focused on being uplifted or pulled into drama? Right now, for me, it is certainly difficult for me to stay focused on the light with so much drama playing out with the U.S. election and with covid. Fake news along with conspiracy theories abound. What to believe? I do not know. I am leaning towards the believing the extra-terrestrials at this point! What I do know for sure is there was mass fraud in the election with mounds of evidence to substantiate it, but you will not hear about any of that from the mainstream media. I also believe covid came from the laboratory and not a wet market. Too much information to back that one up as well. Focus, I need to focus.
We are in historical times with the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn on the solstice, December 21, 2020. The star of Bethlehem will shine for the first time since 1226 on December 21, 2020 – look for it in the sky about 45 minutes after sunset. This incredibly rare 0° conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn heralds one of the major arrival posts of the Age of Aquarius. We have arrived at a galactic event, the start of a 2,000-year age of Freedom. The Awakening is the understanding that we are both divine and human. On the solstice, we are to make our choice to call for the positive polarization of paradise, new earth or for the opposing polarization, new world reset. This is our choice point in time. I encourage you to give it some thought followed by your declaration either aloud or in writing.

Our world is in spiral literally as we turn on the earth’s axis and figuratively in the collective consciousness. I have spent much time in discernment regarding the upheaval of the election as it relates to earth’s ascension trying to understand the metaphor of the red sword against the blue sword. I have come across many different sources using the election as the triumph of good with Trump over the status quo control of Biden. Why is one slated to move us more towards the light than the other?
As I have sat with this question, for several days now, I believe the answers lie in the fruitions of the party’s agendas. The red sword agenda is going against the status quo world order to promote more freedom, choice, responsibility, and accountability. The blue sword agenda is to keep us in the status quo of the world order to promote more control through the illusion of more freebies, more rights, more progress. However, it is an illusion in that when the government gives more it in reality is taking more from its citizens. In effect, the citizen becomes enslaved to the government programs, policies, and regulations. One side’s agenda is to encourage the people to think for themselves and choose for themselves while the other side’s agenda is to encourage the people to let the government think for them and choose for them what is in their best interest.
This becomes glaringly obvious on the world stage. As the red sword has pulled out of world organizations which impose their thinking for the people insisting their policies are practiced for the people’s best interest. The blue sword has already indicated they are rejoining the world organizations for it is in the best interest of the people to follow these organizations policies. Again, here the red side is promoting autonomy for the people while the blue side is promoting control for the people.
Allowing everyone to live their truth through choice as well as abiding by the universal law of free will is related to a soul’s ascension. The soul’s ascension path is to spiral upward to self-actualize itself as one with all that is, as one with its creator. To block an individual from the freedom of making their own choices goes against the law of free will, one of the most important laws God has instilled in his spiritual realm. Exerting this type of control to block choice even in the pretense of being in their best interest goes against the soul’s divine ascension path to spiral up. In essence, this imposed control could cause the collective to spiral down separating them from knowing their oneness with divine source.
As we have evolved on this planet to acknowledge mother earth, her animals, and her plants to be in our care, I am still flabbergasted that we have not been able to universally acknowledge human life to be honored, respected, and in our care as well. I strongly believe, we as human beings on earth, need to universally respect all life on earth. That includes the born and unborn. The one thing each of us have as a human being is a heart. That beating heart is a sign of our life, the portal to connect with the divine to love, to care for one another. A beating heart is a divine life. I do not understand the agenda of the blue sword to discount human life that is divinely given by our creator but yet propose radical solutions to protect mother earth. To me both are living beings to be protected, honored, and respected. We have simply evolved too far to use abortion as a means of contraceptive. Our universal laws are clear. We are all one – law of oneness. The law of correspondence – we are in division because we cannot universally agree all life is to be honored. The law of cause and effect – we continue to disrespect the wholeness of mother nature including human life thus we continue to live in that confused chaos. We reap what we sow by not respecting all life, born and unborn, we continue to disenfranchise ourselves – the law of compensation.
To delve deeper, I decided to look up the history of the red swords party and the blue swords party. I must say there have been a lot of smoke and mirrors on one side through history. The democrat part was founded in the 1830’s with President Andrew Jackson. The Republican party was formed in the late 1850’s as an oppositional force to the proslavery Democratic Party. The Republican party wanted to return to the principles as originally established in our republic’s founding documents. Click Here for More Detail. It was the Republican party that pushed civil rights. In fact, black Republicans were voting Republicans working with white Republicans to pass over two dozen civil rights bills by 1875. The first seven black Americans elected to the U.S. Congress were during the Reconstruction period of 1865 – 1877. The Democrat party was opposed to these civil rights and actively involved themselves in the formation of the KKK, Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882, Agricultural Adjustment Act, Wagner Act, and Black Lives Matter today.
Black Lives Matter (BLM) became instrumental in 2020 for the election. Any donations made to BLM went through the pact ActBlue. Millions probably billions were donated to BLM by companies and corporations to show their solidarity and hopefully prevent the destruction of their properties or reputations from the more violent than not demonstrations of BLM supporters. BLM supporters would accost people demanding they show their solidarity with BLM. ActBlue donations were in fact donations to the Democratic Party. Total raised for the Biden 2020 campaign through 10/14/2020 was $952,239,369.00. Total raised for the Trump 2020 campaign through 10/14/2020 was $601,392,178.39. These numbers are provided by the Federal Election Committee (FEC.GOV). When you follow the money, it often leads to some interesting information.
Next up are the world organizations created in the best interest of all of humanity. Some of the organizations are the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Organization (UNO), and the World Bank Group just to name a few. Click Here for a full list. Human rights, world health, world finance, world labor, world children, world education and more all have an international organization. The question becomes who are behind these organizations and who are the members of these organizations. Are the fruitions of these organizations in our best interest? I watched the movie The Whistleblower a few months ago about the violations against civil rights taking place with the UNO’s involvement. I see that the WHO did not respond in the best interest of the world’s population in response to the coronavirus pandemic by delaying notification in addition to not citing China for its direct contribution to the health crisis. The Federal Reserve (Fed) is a private bank not government owned. The Federal Reserve plays a major role in the World Bank Group to the point of now being the central bank to the world. The Fed’s decisions impact your wallet and can influence your financial decisions, arguably more so than any other policy maker in Washington, D.C.
Please make note of these world organizations and which sword, red or blue, is a team player for them. The red sword has taken a stance it will not partner with these organizations as it is not in the best interest of the people. The blue sword has already declared it will rejoin these organizations as it is in the best interest of the people. It is nothing more than an illusion that these world organizations work in the best interest of humanity. They work in the best interest of themselves and the elite who run them.
Many of these hidden agendas are being brought into the light of truth today. Let us rejoice and be glad for the truth shall set us free! Once we understand the truth of what has been playing out behind the scenes, then we can decide for ourselves to choose which color sword will help us to continue to spiral upward towards freedom and ascension or to reverse course to spiral downward. There has been a subversion to our security and to our authority in this land. To be subversive is to intend overthrow, destroy, or undermine an established or existing system, especially a legally constituted government or a set of beliefs. After reviewing all these areas, it has become clear to me this is the case and it has been promoted by the blue sword’s party for their best interest, not for the people’s best interest. The new socialist agenda of the blue sword was made extremely clear and very loud for all to see this past election cycle. Make no mistake about it, when someone shows you who they are, believe them!
So, now we come to the election which has not be finalized even those for the blue sword believe they won the votes needed to rule. While I can agree to accept either candidate, I can only do so with a fair, accurate and legitimate election. For once we accept a rigged election, we give away our power to vote forever. The simple fact is there are too many legitimate accusations and reports of fraud, irregularities, and outright lies to accept the current result without an audit of those results. Think about everything I discussed in my last post with the information presented in this post. If we do not stand up as the people to demand it be made legitimate by a formal audit, then by tacit consent we agree to give away our right to vote and for that vote to count as our voice for our governmental representation. Our country as we know it as freedom for the people by the people will cease to exist … but only by our lack of action to demand our rights as provided by the constitution. It will be on us, not the perpetrators.
If we truly desire to ascend from the 3D life into a 5D life then we must actively choose it by thought, word, and action. We cannot remain complicit to stand down while those at the top pull our strings as though we were their puppets. We are not puppets. We are divine beings created with unalienable rights by our creator! Stand in your truth! Speak your truth!
I can breathe.
I am thankful for my life.
I am the master of my life.
It is up to me to be all I can be.
The power comes from within me for I am made in and of God.
Father, son or daughter, and the holy spirit –

Who was Jesus? Whether you are religious or not you have most likely heard the name Jesus. Who and what exactly Jesus was has been greatly debated for thousands of years. From my theological teachings, Jesus is before death and Christ is after death. Christ is the risen from the dead Jesus. Some say he was a great prophet. Some say he was the messiah. Some say he is the son of God. Some say he is an ascended master. Some say he is a great teacher. Some say he is just another human being. I say he is all those things. I also say that we have the same Christ power within each of us.
Jesus understood fully the divine power he held within his physical being. He was made in and of God just like you and me. We are all children of God. We each have God power within us. The difference is we do not accept it, believe it or use it as Jesus did in his lifetime. He did come to teach us the good news of God or Divine Source. His teachings have been compiled in the bible. He is not the only teacher of this good news. Many other teachers and philosophers have also shared “the secret” with us but for some reason not everyone is drawn to understanding how life works.
As I travel this path to deeper understanding, another synchronicity occurred as I came across the teachings of Florence Shinn. Florence Shinn was an author and teacher of metaphysics in the 1920’s. She wrote a book “The Game of Life and How to Play It.” I bought the book and read it. What a treasure trove of teachings it was! Most of the concepts were not new but she provided deeper understanding of these concepts through biblical teachings. She describes the bible as a metaphysical manual that when used properly will provide you with all the tools to a happy and successful life.
In 1920 she is sharing the same secrets as many others through the ages have shared including contemporary authors of “The Secret”; “Law of Attraction with Abraham Hicks”; “Conversations with God” and I could go on. The teachings are available for us all to have joyful, prosperous, and healthy lives. The question for me is why isn’t everyone interested in following these teachings?
I think the answer is most people continue to live in distortion and illusion. If you are wondering what I mean by that check out my earlier posts: Out of the Shadows, Into the Light; Distortion and Illusion; and Rest in the Divine Not in the Illusion. To live better lives, we must wake up to the fact we have to consciously partake in the creation of our lives. Stop living mindlessly in our days. Pay attention to our thoughts, our words, and our actions. Pay attention to what we give our focus to because that is what we are calling into our lives be it positive or negative.
I see the headlines flash on politics as I turn on my computer or my television and I could so easily lose myself in the drama of politics. I am mindful now not to give my energy or focus to the political stage designed to draw me in and take my energy from me. I am not sure what is fake news or real news anymore. In my community everyone is accepting of one another. I don’t feel the polarization portrayed in the news, but they want me too. I am learning to say no thank you to that life experience instead choosing joy, peace, and prosperity.
How do I choose differently? I choose differently by going within and connecting to my divine source. We each have this inner divine source and it goes by many names: soul; higher being; inner being; spirit; and the superconscious. Call it whatever you would like, just know that this is your direct communication link with God, Lord of All, Infinite Intelligence, or Source of All. Christ was fully aware of his direct link to God through his inner spirit.
Christ level awareness is knowing we are all powerful when we are in alignment with our divine spirit. This divine spirit lives within us. Divine spirit communicates to us through inspiration, feelings, and hunches. If we improve our communication skills with our divine spirit, then we will improve our lives. I have been working on developing my skills in this area through meditation, yoga, reading, journaling, prayer, and opening my psychic abilities. These are good self-development practices if you are interested in growing your communication with the divine. There is a wealth of information on the internet, in the library, and of course YouTube. What is right for you is what feels good to you. I get goose bumps when I come across certain teachings, then I know from within for this to be true for me. The celebration of Easter Sunday is coming up. Easter is the celebration of new life for Jesus died but then Christ rose from the dead to new life. The season of spring is a celebration of new life in nature all around us. We, too, can live anew by choosing to live as ONE with our inner divine spirit.

According to an old Hindu legend…there was once a time when all human beings were gods, but they so abused their divinity that Brahma, the chief god, decided to take it away from them and hide it where it could never be found.
Where to hide their divinity was the question. So, Brahma called a council of the gods to help him decide. “Let’s bury it deep in the earth,” said the gods. But Brahma answered, “No, that will not do because humans will dig into the earth and find it.” Then the gods said, “Let’s sink it in the deepest ocean.” But Brahma said, “No, not there, for they will learn to dive into the ocean and will find it.” Then the gods said, “Let’s take it to the top of the highest mountain and hide it there.” But once again Brahma replied, “No, that will not do either, because they will eventually climb every mountain and once again take up their divinity.” Then the gods gave up and said, “We do not know where to hide it, because it seems that there is no place on earth or in the sea that human beings will not eventually reach.”
Brahma thought for a long time and then said, “Here is what we will do. We will hide their divinity deep in the center of their own being, for humans will never think to look for it there.”
All the gods agreed that this was the perfect hiding place, and the deed was done. And since that time humans have been going up and down the earth, digging, diving, climbing, and exploring–searching for something already within themselves.

Time Out! It is time for a personal time out! It’s interesting we can often see when someone else needs a time out to settle down, regroup, re-energize, but we often don’t see or better yet pay attention to the signs in our ourselves. If you are not feeling like being the best version of you that you can be, then maybe you need a time out. Take some time to be alone even if only for five minutes.
During this time out, actively choose to reconnect with yourself. Take a few calming breathes to reconnect with your body. Take a minute to feel your heart center open while you breathe to the love within you and around you. Remind yourself that while you have a mind, you are not your mind. You are more. You are made of more than the endless chatter of your mind. We are each born with a body, a mind, feelings, intuition, ego, and natural talents. The secret to returning to the awareness of all that we are is found in the order by which we allow ourselves to be directed.
For most of us we have been following the order: (notice how they fade in order of use)
This order does not produce success or fulfillment in life.
In contrast, the most successful order to follow is:
During your time out take a minute to reflect on yourself and pick which aspect out of the six listed above has been leading you or misleading you. If needed, consciously choose again which aspect out of the six to lead you. Return to the awareness of all that you are. You are divinely created with your power rooted in love and light. The ego creates doubt, fear, and brings up your defenses. Let it go. Push the ego aside to get to your true self.
Through all my studies and research, it is our quiet inner voice, which most know as intuition, that is the voice from divine source, spirit, or our higher self. Intuition often uses our feelings to communicate with us. Learn to honor your feelings to follow your intuition. Another way to know intuition from ego is the ego is concerned with itself and comes to you in “I” statements. Intuition is concerned for you and comes to you in “you” statements. For example, while in a meeting someone is going off on something you don’t agree with, your ego might say “I don’t have to listen to this. This idiot doesn’t know what he is talking about”; while your intuition might say “You should let him speak his peace so he will be able to listen to you. You might find some common ground by listening”.
The lives we create for ourselves boil down to our thoughts, our words, and our actions. In fact, each day is a result of our thoughts, our words, and our actions. While our thoughts come from our mind, remember we are more than our minds. Is your mind being led by your ego or your divine guidance of intuition? The first step is to keep our thoughts in line with who we are and who we want to be. Why? Because our thoughts produce our words and our actions. As I sit and ponder this divinely inspired topic, I think this is a conscious choice we must actively decide if we want to live it. It is not a one-time deal or decision. It is a day by day active decision much like any habit we are trying to form before we can live it without consciously thinking about it. I still remind myself to stay centered in light and love every day! It seems there is almost always a daily challenge that comes up where I have to remind myself to breathe and consciously choose the light. The good news is it is easier and easier to change my thoughts, actions and vibration to that of the light which is the highest truth I want to live!
The secret to my success is to ask! Ask for help from God, Holy Spirit, Angels. They are all real and all eager to assist and help … but must be asked! This is due to the Right of Free Will. So, say Yes! And Ask!
Your highest light is going to be grounded in love and service for all. Each person will have their own definition of their highest light – or – the way in which they can bring love and help others in the process to evolve. For me, writing these posts are a big part of shining my light in the world. If one person is moved to be a better version of his or herself, then I have helped another by shining my light and love. We all must start somewhere, and this is my start to embody my highest light, my highest truth and to put it out there in the world. It doesn’t have to be big. You just have to start.
I spend time volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) once a month for a few hours. That’s another start. I am happy to cook and clean for my family and friends which is another avenue to shine my light. If I post on social media, I am conscious now to make it positive and to be a reflection of the light and of my truth. If I am going to participate in an event, outing, or show, I pay attention to whether my participation is in line or in vibration with embodying my highest light, my highest truth. I am doing it one day at a time and you can too! One decision at a time to be the person you want to be in this world.

What have you called forth in your life that you are not even aware of? We are living the lives we created for ourselves by our own thoughts, words, and actions as we discussed in the last post. If we want to change our world, then we need to change our thoughts, words, and actions which sounds a lot easier than it is to live, I know. Another important piece to look at in making lasting change in our world is how we use our right of free will. One of the most important universal laws for humans is the Law of Free Will.
As discussed in previous posts, our free will and what we do with it also impacts our world since the Law of Free Will does not act independently. We also have the Law of Cause and Effect (also known as karma). Don’t believe in karma … have you heard of the golden rule? Treat others as you would like to be treated. They are one in the same. Remember the saying what goes around, comes around.
I am going to short cut this for you. We have been given the freedom as humans to do what we want in this world (law of free will) in addition to this freedom comes the caveat that our choices have consequences (law of cause and effect). This was by divine design by God. God does not make things happen or not happen in this world – we do that on our own – consciously or unconsciously.
I think everyone understands when they consciously make a choice but how can someone unconsciously make a choice? I have learned the term “tacit consent” to explain that one. Let’s look at each word separately, tacit as defined means unvoiced, unspoken, silent, implied, understood without being spoken. To consent is defined as to agree, approve or permit. So, tacit consent is when we imply approval to an action or choice by remaining silent. Ahh, here is that silent theme again which allows the darkness to grow in our lives and our world without anyone saying a word or being the wiser.
Now you are thinking well some people might do that but not me, well, think again! We have all fallen prey to this tactic whether we were aware of it or not. Thus, we unconsciously gave silent consent. Now I know you are thinking where? How? When?
We did it by watching a television show. We did it by listening and singing along with the lyrics of music. We did it by listening to the news or reading a book. We did it by going to the movies or playing video games. What? How can that be? I don’t agree with everything I watch, read, or listen to … but I also didn’t voice no that is wrong or turn it off which is how the darkness works to spread it tentacles into our lives. The darkness was shown as a force with tentacles wrapping around earth in the movie A Wrinkle in Time.
After learning about tacit consent and its effects, I started reviewing myself for unconscious choices I had made. I used the watch the tv series “Scandal”. It was a series about politics, secrets, good guys, and bad guys. It was hugely, popular and I was a fan. Although I must admit it had some pretty dark scenes that I was not completely comfortable, but I kept watching. In fact, I think it was the fifth year that it became so dark I started thinking to myself that I am not going to keep watching this if it keeps up. I was happy to see the sixth and final year had cut back on the darkness, so I watched the series to its conclusion with the seventh season. As I silently watched the show for six years, I saw lies, deception, abuse, torture, killings, theft, voting fraud, drugs, terrorism, sex, infidelity, and more I am sure – those are just the highlights that come to mind.
There are so many shows and movies playing these scenes as entertainment for us as we silently watch again and again. The lyrics in some music are so profane that now music is marked as explicit or not. I had to drive my son’s truck to work one day so I thought I will check out the music in his CD player. The CD player holds 5 discs. I listened to one song on disc one and it was so bad I ejected that disc. I did the same with disc two and then with disc three, four, and five. As a parent, I did have the sense to ask my children why they would want to put that kind of trash in their heads by listening to that kind of music. I watched my kids play the video game “Call of Duty” all the time wondering about its effects. On the one hand it is so violent does it promote violence, but on the other hand I thought well if there is a need to defend oneself then they will have learned how … now how warped is that thinking? The internet has brought all types of “information” into our homes such as pornography, bomb making, cyber-bullying, cyber-trafficking, and radical recruitment just to name a few.
As you can see, in every part of our lives we are making conscious and unconscious choices whether we were aware of it or not. These choices were us expressing our free will in society. We were using our thoughts, words, actions and inactions to create our reality. The take away here is to wake up and stay conscious in your thoughts, words, actions and inactions. Guard your right of free will for it is being used by you every day and in every way whether you are aware of it or not and as such you will live the result (effect) of those choices.
I would ask that you really spend some time with this and dive deep. What have you consciously allowed and unconsciously allowed into your mind, body, and environment? What can we do to remain more conscious or mindful in our daily lives? I would love to hear from you! It is true you are a child of God created in his image sharing in his divinity! You are a powerful God child! You have within you the ability to create your reality! The first step to everything is acceptance. We must accept where we are in life, in this world. We must accept our responsibility in the role we played to bring us to this point in time. The word for that is accountability. We are accountable for our thoughts, words, and actions. Our thoughts, words, and actions join with other’s thoughts, words, and actions to create the collective whole – in other words – the world in which we live. Can we change the world in which we live? The answer is YES!
We can change the world because we create our reality. We can change the world by our thoughts, words and actions – but first we have to change our thoughts, words, and actions to fully align with our vision of the world we want to achieve. What do you envision for the world? Be responsible and accountable for your thoughts, your words, and your actions – in other words – Be the Change You Want to See!
We each need to take an honest look at ourselves. I have recognized that I often go about my day or week mindlessly. It is as if I am on autopilot going through life. When I took time to stop and think about my daily living, I realized I was letting life happen rather than actively steering my life where I wanted it to go. If I am the driver behind the wheel of my life, then I need to pay attention to my driving just as I would taking a trip. I am a pretty good driver. I can say that because when I drive, I make sure to pay attention. Have you noticed the drivers on the road today? Drivers on the road today are distracted by their cell phones or completely unaware as they drive in the left passing lane with a line of cars behind them or overly aggressive car rage that all drivers should move for them and the list goes on. In fact, looking at today’s drivers is an excellent analogy for us to use in looking at how we drive or live our lives. It is an even better analogy when I think of the people, I know, who believe themselves to be great drivers, but I hope to avoid being a passenger in their car due to how they drive. So many of us believe we are winning at this game of life … so then why aren’t we happy and fulfilled? Why are we wanting more? Why are we talking about others? Why are we comparing, criticizing, and complaining? Why do we play the victim? Why do we judge other people, places, and things?
I don’t have the answer. If you have some answers, I would love to hear them. I think it just may be how we are wired since living in duality which was discussed in an earlier post. We have become so polarized with one another choosing judgement over listening for understanding. Yet here we are, and we created it.
So, what if we choose a different way of thinking, speaking, and acting with one another??? For 2018 this has been my choice. I have accepted I am in the driver’s seat of my life and I can chart my own course. I am actively choosing love and light over fear and darkness. Instead of complaining, I am working on saying “how can I help?” Yet, I am also owning my truth and saying “no” when it doesn’t feel right; or I need to honor other areas where I already said “yes.” I am trying to focus on the blessing in each life event rather than the burden. I am working to spread love and light in my world. I am working to be the change I want to see.
To achieve our full potential, we must first accept our full potential. This acceptance includes responsibility and accountability for ourselves and where we are at in our lives. Then we can choose again. We can accept we are divinely created with the power to create our reality. We can accept this as an absolute in our hearts, bodies, and minds. Next, practice it each day by choosing again to pay attention to be the person you want to be in this world. Every drop makes a ripple…
TGIF! It’s Friday and that is normally a good vibration day! Through our experiences, perception, and expectations Friday is a high vibrational day. We expect to relax on the weekend. We look forward to getting off work. We have memories of fun weekends which start with Friday. These thoughts, feelings, and memories are what raise our vibration up. When we raise our vibration, we feel better, we see things differently, we become more optimistic. I love the book “Every Day A Friday” by Joel Osteen for it talks about living each day with the same outlook as we do a Friday. Life is really all about our outlook and perception – both of which are completely within our control.
In my last post I took a walk on the dark side. Acknowledging the darkness in the world would lower my vibration, you would think, but after bringing acceptance to the truth I feel lighter. It took time for me to reach acceptance as the silence of disbelief made me remember my first post “Out of the Shadows, Into the Light.” It is the silence that can keep the darkness hidden and allow it to grow. Once we bring the dark secrets to light we can process them and choose to live differently. We need to be honest with one another. We need to talk about the truth as we know it. Together we build a better world when we collectively acknowledge past wrongs as not acceptable. When we collectively raise our vibration, we help the whole world raise its vibration.
So, what kind of vibration am I talking about? I am talking about the vibrational energy we send out with our thoughts, feelings, and words. I know everyone has experienced the feeling of love when holding a baby, a puppy, or a kitten. That feeling emitted vibrational energy. I have been so mad before as to see red, scream and yell. That was a completely different vibrational energy being sent. This has been studied with many resources and charts available depicting the vibration level attributed to thoughts, feelings, and words. Here are two different ones:
As shown by these charts, positive thoughts, feelings, and words raise your vibration leading to more positive energy. Negative thoughts, feelings, and words lower your vibration leading to more negative energy. One of the biggest changes we can make in our lives is to look at our own belief systems and judgements to see where we are holding ourselves back from raising our vibration. We hold on to beliefs that we formed somewhere in our lifetime that keep us from reaching our full potential. Do any of these comments sound familiar?

“I am not good-looking enough …”
One hidden belief I had that I recently uncovered was it was bad to be rich. One of my goals in life was to be wealthy but each time I looked at this I would also tell myself not too wealthy because that was wrong. I believed it was bad to have so much when others do not, even though part of my desire to have wealth was to be able to create and fund changes I would like to see in the world. It wasn’t until recently when I was taking a free mini-class by Harv Eker that I realized money had nothing to do with being good or bad. There are rich people who are good and rich people who are bad. There are poor people who are good and poor people who are bad. There are people in the middle who are good and people in the middle who are bad. Money is simply another energy source or a tool in the world which we can use for good or we can use for bad. If we put judgement on people with or without money that is our own judgement, but the money has nothing to do with it.
Wow! That was an eye opener for me. Judgement is such a huge issue for humanity. We judge on money, race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, zip code, style of dress and the list goes on. Judgement falls below the 200 mark on the vibrational energy scale. I am working on eliminating judgement from my life and I encourage everyone else to do the same. None of us know what storm another has endured to bring them to this moment in time. Here are few good movies that illustrate this with a positive vibration: The Shack; I Can Only Imagine; A Wrinkle In Time.
One last idea I want to leave you with is you absorb the energy of those around you. You can choose to be around people who have positive high vibrational energy. If you don’t have anyone like that to be around then listen to their podcasts, read their books, or watch their videos or shows.
